Broccoli Grape Salad

  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut bite size
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 C. grapes, halved (or raisins)
  • 1/3 C. sunflower kernels or chopped pecans

Dressing:

  • 1 C. mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 1/2 tesp. salt

Toss, sprinkle 3 oz. bacon bits on top, refrigerate until serving.

Libby's Creamy Grape Salad

Ingredients
• 4 pounds seedless green & red grapes, halved

• 4 ounces chopped pecans

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar & vanilla. Then stir in the grapes & nuts, coating well. Refrigerate until chilled through before serving.
